Online Option

Pay online using a major credit card or PayPal account at PayPal's secure website and then fill out the online membership information form.

Mail-In Option

1. Please download, print, and fill out the membership form.

2. Write a check payable to NACUC with the amount corresponding to your membership type and send it to the address below along with your membership form.
